Perry's roots in Osage County are deep and go back 4 generations. His maternal grandmother came to Pawhuska at the age of 3 from Missouri in 1923 and her family settled on a farm near the Osage tribal lodge. Perry's grandmother owned and operated restaurants in Pawhuska and Skiatook and his grandfather worked in the oil fields as a pipe fitter in Osage County. Perry's mother was born in Pawhuska in 1941 and he came home from the hospital to Skiatook in 1962. Perry reared his children in Osage County. His maternal relatives reside or resided at Skiatook, Shidler, Hominy, Fairfax and worked in the old Carter 9 oil patch. Perry has lived in Osage County most of his adult life and currently lives on a rural property on the shores of Sunset Lake between Pawhuska and Bartlesville.. He has practiced law in Osage County since 1992 and served as a prosecutor in Sperry for more than 10 years. Perry is honored to continue to represent the clients of the Shoemake Law Firm, PLLC, having worked with and against Bransford Shoemake since entering the practice of law in 1987. He knows the legal system and people of Osage County and is proud to serve them.
